✅ Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale."
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

✅ Provide your order number and a clear reason for the return.
✅ Share photos or videos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup or guide you through the return process.
4. Refunds
✅ Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
✅ If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your account within 5–10 business days.
Refund Methods:
✅ Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
✅ Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or TAQEX store credit.
5. Return Shipping Costs
✅ If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or wrong item), TAQEX will cover all return shipping costs.
✅ For returns due to other reasons, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping fees.
6. Exchanges
✅ TAQEX only replaces items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us immediately within the return period.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
✅ Re-check your bank account or payment statement.
✅ Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times vary before a refund is officially posted.
