✅ In the event of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed. TAQEX will notify you promptly if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
✅ Standard Delivery: 1–2 business days.
✅ Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (additional charges may apply).
✅ Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery Coverage
TAQEX ships across all seven emirates in the UAE:
✅ Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
✅ You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.
✅ Tracking details will be provided to allow you to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
✅ We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a preferred payment option.
✅ Please ensure you have the exact amount ready in local currency at the time of delivery to ensure a smooth transaction.
6. Delivery Delays
While TAQEX strives to meet all delivery timelines, please be aware that delays may occur due to:
✅ Weather conditions.
✅ Public holidays.
✅ Unforeseen courier service disruptions.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
✅ Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. TAQEX is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
✅ Our delivery partners may attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
✅ If all attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our facility.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
✅ If your order arrives damaged, please contact the TAQEX support team within 24 hours, including photos as proof.
✅ If your package is lost in transit, we will conduct an investigation and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
